Christer Mhingo
Director – Exploration and Mining
Christer Mhingo is a highly skilled, dynamic and motivated geologist, experienced in working with exploration and mining companies across a range of commodities in Africa and overseas. She holds a Bachelor of Science (Geology) Degree from the University of Dar es Salaam, which included a focus on project management and development.
She has led a number of successful projects in Tanzania and has been involved with a number of ASX and LSE listed companies from grass-roots exploration to operations, holding multiple roles covering project acquisition advice, Government liaison, community and stakeholder engagement, tenement management, business permitting and compliance, business development, exploration and project development.
Christer is the Director for Ecograf Limited’s (TanzGraphite) Tanzanian projects, Executive Director and co-founder of Azurite Management and Consultancy Limited, a business that advises mining and exploration companies from Australia, Asia, Europe, America and Africa operating in Tanzania and East Africa. As a member of the University of Dar es Salaam alumni, she has also been actively involved with mentoring programs at the University’s School of Mines and Geosciences.

Crispin Manyeresa
Manager - Compliance & Finance
Crispin Manyeresa is a focused project management professional and business development expert offering excellent management skills and business compliance demonstrated through several years of performance.He has demonstrated vast experience in business permitting, compliance issues and country risk assessment through is work with multiple Exploration and Mining companies in Africa and Oversees.
Crispin currently is working as Compliance and Finance manager at Azurite Management & Consultancy, a prominent mining service provider. In his current carrier, Crispin utilizes his experience by facilitating international mining companies across East and Southern Africa through tenement management, government liaison and administrative management. He holds Bachelor of science in Computer Science from Institute of Finance Management, Tanzania.

Christian is a highly motivated Information technology and logistics personnel with experience in optimizing logistics operations through targeted marketing initiatives. By aligning marketing efforts with logistical capabilities, he drives customer satisfaction and business growth. A natural leader and collaborator, who excels in managing functional teams and adapting to fast-paced environments.
With an extensive background and wealth of experience in the transportation industry, Christian brings a level of expertise that is unmatched. He possesses a deep understanding of the intricacies of the road, navigating various terrains, weather conditions, and logistical challenges.
Christian Mhingo Holds a Bachelor Degree in Hardware Networking Engineering (Computers) from Unique Acadermy University Tanzania.
Siziwe Mkandawire
Manager - Business Development | Malawi
Siziwe Mkandawire is a highly skilled international business development expert with a strong educational background in Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and a Masters in International Business obtained from Wuhan University. Siziwe brings a wealth of marketing knowledge and international business expertise to our team.
She has successfully developed and implemented strategic marketing campaigns throughout her business career. She’s set aggressive growth objectives that align with worldwide strategies and orchestrated support for agreements to consistently deliver according to plan. Her understanding of consumer behavior and market trends has contributed significantly to the growth and success of numerous projects. She also has extensive experience in grants management and accounts, having previously worked in said departments. With meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks has been valuable in ensuring the proper allocation and management of resources.
Siziwe Mkandawire currently oversees Azurite management and consultancy, Malawi branch. With her passion for business development, results-driven partner management, contract negotiations, strategic planning, and international expertise, she is dedicated to driving Azurite’s growth and success in an ever-evolving global market.
Irene Mchila
Administration Assistant
Irene Mchila is a diligent administrative professional with enormous experience in office operations and working closely with the management team. She is known for her excellent communication and interpersonal skills with solid foundation in planning, organization and management. She cultivated these abilities through holding multiple administrative roles within the Mining industry.
As a passionate geologist, Irene excels in the precise collection and analysis of geological data, structural analysis and effective exploration project supervision.
She served asa field geologist for the Ecograf Limited’s Epanko Graphite project and Innogy Minerals Limited in Lithium exploration where she demonstrated her knowledge in site supervision, geological mapping and detailed geological and structural logging. Her sharp coordination and adept problem-solving skills significantly contributed to the success of the project. Irene earned her Bachelor of Science in Engineering Geology from University of Dar es Salaam.
Loveness Shangali
Project Support Officer
Loveness Shangali is a proficient project support specialist currently making strides in the dynamic field of project management. With a solid educational background in Urban and Regional Planning, Loveness is dedicated to contributing meaningfully to the exploration and Mining projects.
She has skills in coordination, problem-solving, and effective communication. Her proactive approach and attention to detail have been instrumental in the success of various projects.
Currently serving as a project support officer at Azurite Management and Consultancy, Loveness has quickly become an integral part of the team. Over the course of one year, she showcased her versatility and commitment to excellence.She holds Bachelor of Science in Urban and Regional planning from the Ardhi University in Dar es salaam Tanzania
FRANK UTYATYA
Account Assistant
Frank Utyatya is energetic and ambitious person passionate in working as Accountant, and Finance Officer with a mentality of developing a mature and responsible approach to any task that he undertakes or situation he is presented with. He is excellent in working individually and in a team to achieve certain objectives on time and with excellent. Strong Communicator with excellent interpersonal skills contributing extensively to a teamwork and always displaying a willing and helpful manner when resolving, analyzing and investigating various discrepancies.
He is knowledgeable and skilled on International Financial Reporting Standard (IFRS) and International Auditing Standards (IAS), Generally Accepted Accounting Principle (GAAP), Budgeting, Cost Accounting, Cash flow Control, Taxation, Finance and Management Account.
Frank Utyatya is currently excelling as Account Assistant at Azurite Management and Consultancy, the Best Mining Service Provider. He holds a Bachelor Degree of Accounting and Finance in Business Sector from School of Business (SOB), at Mzumbe University.
