Christer Mhingo
Christer Mhingo is a highly skilled, dynamic and motivated geologist, experienced in working with exploration and mining companies across a range of commodities in Africa and overseas.
She holds a Bachelor of Science (Geology) Degree from the University of Dar es Salaam, which included a focus on project management and development.She has led a number of successful projects in Tanzania and has been involved with a number of ASX and LSE listed companies from grass-roots exploration to operations, holding multiple roles covering project acquisition advice, Government liaison, community and stakeholder engagement, tenement management, business permitting and compliance, business development, exploration and project development.
Christer is the Director for Ecograf Limited’s (TanzGraphite) Tanzanian projects, Executive Director and co-founder of Azurite Management and Consultancy Limited, a business that advises mining and exploration companies from Australia, Asia, Europe, America and Africa operating in Tanzania and East Africa. As a member of the University of Dar es Salaam alumni, she has also been actively involved with mentoring programs at the University’s School of Mines and Geosciences.
Director – Procurement & Logistics
Elham Mhingo
Elham Mhingo is a highly experienced, self-motivated and skilful in Procurement, Logistics Transport and Supply Chain working as a consultant in multiple mining and exploration project across the world.
She earned a Bachelor degree in Procurement and Logistics Management, Diploma in logistics and transport management from National Institute of Transport (NIT) and certified as a procurement and supply professional by Procurement and supplies Professional and technician Board (PSPTB). She is responsible for overseeing of the Procurement procedures, Strategic Sourcing, the eProcurement functions, purchase of Machinery and Mining equipment’s, drilling consumables and all safety gears. Contracted Services, and other operational supplies to support the mining and exploration companies. Tendering process and contract award
Elham is the Executive Director and Co-founder of Azurite Management and Consultancy Limited advising mining and exploration companies from Australia, Asia, Europe and Africa, capable of assessing market diversity and advise on laws and policies to be adhered during project acquisition. She has participated in analysing tenders and awarding contracts for multiple project for ASX and LSE listed companies from exploration, construction to project operation while observing local content compliance and procurement regulations.
Compliance & Finance Manager
Crispin Manyeresa
Crispin Manyeresa is a focused project management professional and business development expert offering excellent management skills and business compliance demonstrated through several years of performance. He has demonstrated vast experience in business permitting, compliance issues and country risk assessment through is work with multiple Exploration and Mining companies in Africa and Oversees.
Crispin currently is working as Compliance and Finance manager at Azurite Management & Consultancy, a prominent mining service provider. In his current carrier, Crispin utilizes his experience by facilitating international mining companies across East and Southern Africa through tenement management, government liaison and administrative management. He holds Bachelor of science in Computer Science from Institute of Finance Management, Tanzania.

Loveness Shangali is a proficient project support specialist currently making strides in the dynamic field of project management. With a solid educational background in Urban and Regional Planning, Loveness is dedicated to contributing meaningfully to the exploration and Mining projects.
She has skills in coordination, problem-solving, and effective communication. Her proactive approach and attention to detail have been instrumental in the success of various projects.
Currently serving as a project support officer at Azurite Management and Consultancy, Loveness has quickly become an integral part of the team. Over the course of one year, she showcased her versatility and commitment to excellence. She holds Bachelor of Science in Urban and Regional planning from the Ardhi University in Dar es salaam Tanzania.

Frank Utyatya
Frank Utyatya holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting & Finance and is a Certified Financial Educator.
With over 4 years of experience in accounting and finance, Frank currently serves as an Accounts and Bid Support Officer, where he plays a key role in managing financial records, preparing bid documents, ensuring compliance with procurement requirements, and supporting the financial operations of the organization.
He previously worked for 1 year as a Finance Officer, gaining hands-on experience in budgeting, financial reporting, reconciliations, and cash flow management. Frank is recognized for his accuracy, integrity, attention to detail, and strong understanding of financial and procurement processes. He is committed to supporting organizational growth through sound financial management and efficient bid support services.
